    Sacred Chaos is more than an event. It’s a pause in the storm. It’s a space to breathe, reflect, and truly connect with yourself and others. Through yoga, sound baths, gratitude practices, narrative exercises, and hands-on wellness tools, participants explore the balance between life’s unpredictability and inner stillness.

  • This is a heart-centered experience designed to honor where you are while gently inviting growth, reflection, and connection. Whether you come alone or with a group, Sacred Chaos reminds us that even in the messiness of life, we are grounded, supported, and not alone.

Weekly Group Huddles - Join a supportive, interactive group where we dive deep into the week’s podcast topic, explore practical tools, and strengthen community connection and mental wellness.

These sessions are designed to give you space to reflect, share, and practice strategies in real time because growth is better together.

Our coaching sessions weave mindfulness, grounding practices, and real-life strategies so you can feel centered - even in the middle of life’s sacred chaos.

  • One 60-minute coaching session

3-Session Package - $275

  • Three 60-minute sessions (to be used within 3 months)

  • Deeper guidance + accountability

6-Session Package — $500

  • Six 60-minute sessions (to be used within 6 months)

  • A journey of grounding, growth, and sustainable change

  • Save $100 compared to single sessions
