Come As You Are
OFFERINGS FROM MY HEART
We are not here to fix each other, we are here to walk each other home.
We come alive not in isolation, but in shared liberation.
Come As You Are
1.
In our work together, we choose to believe mental and soul wellness is attainable.
2.
We make space for what’s ready to rise.
3.
We remember that healing isn’t linear - it’s alive.
1x1 Coaching
Sometimes we just need a safe and brave space, a guide, and tools that actually work.
In 1:1 coaching, we focus on practical strategies you can use right away - whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating stress and burnout, or simply wanting more balance.
This isn’t therapy. It’s guided coaching with a mental health-informed lens. A place to get support, accountability, and simple tools to help you live more wild and well.
Together, we’ll:
Build personalized mindfulness and grounding practices that fit your real life.
Explore your habits, rhythms, and stories to uncover what’s helping (and what’s not).
Strengthen your self-concept so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Create a toolkit for rest & resilience; something you can return to in just 60 seconds when life feels overwhelming.

In Person Events
At Wild & Well Together, our in-person events are about connection, presence, and practical mental wellness tools. We create experiences where people can pause, reflect, and leave feeling seen, grounded, and inspired.
Featured Experience: Sacred Chaos
Sacred Chaos is more than an event. It’s a pause in the storm. It’s a space to breathe, reflect, and truly connect with yourself and others. Through yoga, sound baths, gratitude practices, narrative exercises, and hands-on wellness tools, participants explore the balance between life’s unpredictability and inner stillness. This is a heart-centered experience designed to honor where you are while gently inviting growth, reflection, and connection. Whether you come alone or with a group, Sacred Chaos reminds us that even in the messiness of life, we are grounded, supported, and not alone.
Bring Wild & Well Together to Your Event
We also offer custom workshops, wellness experiences, and speaking engagements tailored to your group, workplace, or community. From interactive mindfulness exercises to guided yoga and reflection sessions, we create meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Here’s What Others Are Saying…
“We always look forward to Becca’s restorative class each week. I love that she incorporates mindfulness, meditation, and full body stretches. -
— Mia R. (Serasana)
“Becca is prepared, thoughtful, connective, and reflective. She inspires students to see that extra bit in themselves and in their experiences, and she has a masterful knack at framing key points of learning or improvement such that you feel like you're having "aha!" moments every week. I am a better school counselor from learning from Becca, and she is highly deserving of recognition for her commitment to bolstering the next generation of school counselors.”
— (DU Student)
“Becca empowers her students to become better counselors, better educators, and honestly, just better people. The way she approached us as experiential students was more impactful than any other class I've taken in my academic career and even though I wasn't able to take Internship II with her, I bring the love that Becca spoke over me into every counseling interaction with my kids at school.”
